Cancellation & Late Arrival Policy We understand that life happens. To respect the time of our estheticians and other guests, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be subject to a 25% late cancellation fee. Missed appointments or no-shows will be charged 25% of the scheduled service. If you anticipate being more than 10 minutes late, please notify your esthetician as soon as possible. Arrivals more than 10 minutes past the scheduled time may result in a shortened service, while the full service price still applies. Guests arriving 15 minutes or more late may need to be rescheduled and will be subject to the 25% late cancellation or no-show fee.
